Hi there and welcome!

I am so excited that you are here! Welcome in this course, where you'll learn the foundational practice of Selfgentleness.

You already know selfgentleness matters. Now, it’s time to make it a daily reality.

What does this course offer?

This foundational course gives you three simple audio practices and a beautifully designed workbook to help you start and sustain selfgentleness in just 2 minutes a day—without overwhelm.

When you commit to these small daily shifts for 30 days, you’ll start recognizing what you need, what no longer serves you, and how to honor yourself with kindness. It’s a practice of radical self-acceptance—making you the most important person to receive your own gentleness.

How can I start?

You can start to download the workbook. In it, you'll find a description of the 3 foundational practices and how you can start to use these, with the help of the workbook.

TIP: You can also print the workbook, and use the prompts to journal about your experience.

Which audios are included?

You will find 3 different audios, each is about 2 minutes long:

Tuning In – A guided practice to pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself.

Evening Practice – Release the day and set yourself up for a more peaceful tomorrow.

Morning Practice – Start your day with presence and self-kindness.

How can I use the audio recordings?

Just 3x2 Minutes a Day is enough:

  • Listen to the evening practice when you are in bed, ready to fall asleep.

  • Listen to the morning practice when you are still in bed, even before opening ypur eyes

  • Listen to the tune in practice whenever you have a moment during the day. You can use it more often, but start with at least once a day. TIP: put your alarm clock as a reminder, it's just 2 minutes. If you really don't have any time, use your time on the commute, in the rest room, or while standing in line or waiting for someone for this.

This doesn’t require extra time you don’t have. Six minutes a day is all it takes to start noticing a shift. Of course, if you want to linger longer, you can—but the foundation is simple, doable, and sustainable.

⚠️ A Gentle Warning:

When you start practicing selfgentleness, you might find yourself noticing what you truly need—and once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Small shifts lead to big realizations. Life might not feel quite the same—but in the best possible way.

💫 Your Transformation Begins Here

This is the first step in a larger journey. Once you start honoring your needs, you’ll open space for deeper healing and self-trust.
